Goal

• To prevent children from becomming"at risk" because of certain conditions such as family violence, poverty, abuse, neglect, and unhealthy living conditions.
• To provide early childhood interventions that are targeted to promote a pathway for healthier child development.
• To promote programs designed to provide information on children's nutrition, areas of injury prevention, and the mental health of the child.

Objectives

• To provide programming that offers a comprehensive and wholistic service to children and families living off reserve who are deemed to be at risk.

Program Description

• Children's and parental programming available weekly, as well as other childcare programming that is available for parents attending any of Beendigen's evening programs.

• Provides services that allow for skill teaching, ongoing support and education as a means to assist families in the healing process.

• Group Programs are offered on a continuous basis and include the following:
