Goal:

• To administer Alcohol and Drug Abuse Prevention Program that is dedicated to provide education & support to those dealing with addiction issues.  Individuals will learn how addictions affect their family dynamics, roles and behavoir.

Program Description

Objectives:

• To provide Alcohol/Drug assessments and appropriate referrals to treatment.
• To provide individual counselling and group programs to women contending with women abuse and addictions issues
• To provide intervention, prevention and education services for women in the community.
• To provide appropriate aftercare treatment plans and services & to utilize Native counselling and wholistic healing

Admission Criteria:

• Individual and Group services are available to women in the community requiring assistance in the area of Women abuse and Addictions
• Individual and group sessions are available.
• Intake is required and an assessment is completed to assess the need and goals of individuals. Treatment referrals and aftercare services are available.
