Wiidookaw Health Outreach Program
The Wiidookaw program provides wraparound health supports for Indigenous women and their dependents. A primary goal of the program is to counter some of the barriers to healthcare caused by a system based in colonial practices.
The following services are available:
- One-to-one support
- Safety-planning
- Educational health workshops
- Advocacy and system-navigation within the healthcare sector
- Can attend medical appointments as a support
