Maintenance Request Form

Please fill out the form below for maintenance requests. 

All online maintenance requests will be received during Beendigen’s business hours of 9AM-5PM EST, Mon-Fri.

During business hours:

If your maintenance request is an EMERGENCY please call the Housing Coordinator immediately at 807-622-1121. If Jim is unavailable, call 807-346-4357. Please only call the Housing Coordinator if the issue is an emergency and cannot wait. 

Outside of business hours/on holidays:

If you have a maintenance emergency that occurs outside of office hours (Mon- Fri, 9-5PM) please contact us at 807-346-4537.

If your request is a life-threatening emergency, please call 911.
